Anthony Williams is the best real estate agent that we have ever known. My husband and I have purchased and sold a number of properties over the past 25 years. I only tell you this to show that we have dealt with a number of agents (and interstate) for both sales and rentals. Anthony is highly professional and pays thorough attention to the detail of ensuring each stage of the process is properly executed and successful. Anthony always provided timely reminders of every critical date - to us and also monitored key communication between the solicitors of both parties. We believe that Anthony’s very articulate and precise manner was instrumental in achieving seamless negotiation with the seller and the seller accepting our offer. Anthony is also a most pleasant person with an easy manner. Although always professional Anthony doesn’t forget the personal approach when dealing with clients. Anthony provided a fantastic 'completely unheard of from a real estate agent' gift to us at the handover of the property keys. It was carefully chosen and generous. It simply reinforced what we already thought of Anthony’s character.
