As a prospective purchaser (currently in NZ but planning to move to Gladstone later this year when our property here is sold), your videos give us a real idea of what the property is like - static photos (or `videos' which are just a slideshow of those same photographs) do not give us a real view of the property and it's layout. Floor plans are also a great help. Your work is much appreciated! We recently visited Australia and loved Gladstone so have returned home with a view to moving there.

Just a quick note on my dealings with Shane with the sale of my house at 78 Penda Avenue. I contacted Shane as he was the selling agent when I purchased the property 6 years earlier. At that time he didnât come across as the usual pushy car sales type of real estate agent, so when it came time to sell he was my first point of call! My dealings were all positive and I would recommend him to family and friends. At no time did he pressure me, to drop the price substantially to make his job easier. If I asked for his thoughts he would give them, and he kept me up to date in what was happening with potential buyer. Both Neal and I have been very pleased with Shaneâs professional manner. I felt very comfortable with Shane the first time Neal and I met him and that and also a friendâs recommendation is why we chose him .We both liked his honesty when giving us our appraisal and letting us know what he thought of the price that we thought to set it at. I would love to provide some feedback on Shanes' services regarding the sale to us of a property in West Gladstone. I would like to say that I found Shane to be a pleasure to deal with. At all times his manner was polite and I was impressed by his professionalism throughout the process. At one point I asked Shane on how low the client was prepared to go on the sale. He replied to me that he did not know what their bottom dollar was. He then went on to state that he never asked a client what their bottom dollar amount was. I thought that this was extremely professional and it made me feel that I could trust Shane with further questions. This was quite a relief. All in all I have nothing to complain about and found my dealings with Shane to be a pleasure. I just wanted to send through an email regarding some of your employees. We were tenants of RE/MAX before our move back to Brisbane. Our property manager Michael was so great to deal with. Any issues we had he addressed immediately and had resolved quickly. He is always so friendly and approachable which is very rare in customer service. We recently had to break our lease due to my husband getting a new job back in Brisbane. Michael was extremely prompt in his organisation of inspections and acquiring a new tenant for the property, which of course was in both the owners and our best interests. Also your employees Holly, Stacey and Lea were always so friendly and accommodating on every encounter. Lea conducted all our house inspections, she is always extremely professional and protected our privacy while showing prospective tenants the property. Holly and Stacey always have smiles on their faces and are so pleasant whenever they answer the phone. We have not always found renting a property a pleasant experience, both as a tenant and landlord, however, your staff have renewed our confidence. When we seek to rent out our Brisbane property again we will be engaging a RE/MAX in Brisbane. We are very impressed with the company processes and the diligence showed by the company as a whole. I first met Shane when I sold my house in Wilga Street in Gladstone and at the time it was in a dying market and within a very short period of time we had a buyer for the house which sold at a price above what we expected at the time. The professionalism was second to none and both Leanne and I were blown away by the constant feedback and updates of how the sale was going. Due to the great service that we received on the first house that we sold thorough Remax the decision to use Remax again was a very easy one to make for the sale of Johnson Street. Once again Shane did not let us down with the house selling for what we expected and without having to hold any open houses which made it very easy, especially when we had tenants in the house which can be a pain to organise. I just wanted to let your business know how impressed I am with the ladies I dealt with earlier this afternoon. The lady that answered my call was very cheerful and put me through to his office straight away. While we are not yet in a position to put our current home on the market, (hopefully in a few months time) I will be pleased and confident to be working with your office because at least your staff seem to care about what they are doing and I wanted to let them know their assistance, however brief, was appreciated.
